One-time purchase. $12.99 once for a lifetime license on 2 Macs, with all 1.x updates. No subscription.

When we refund

Because you can use everything before paying, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. We do refund — or fix the problem — when:

• you were charged twice, or bought by mistake and haven't activated the key;
• Mochi Genie doesn't run properly on a supported Mac (macOS 14 Sonoma or later) and we can't fix it;
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund;
• something else has gone wrong — write to us and we'll look at it fairly.

Contact us from the support page with your order number from the receipt email.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, which may also issue refunds under its own policies. When a purchase is refunded, its license key stops working.
