Most answers are in the FAQ. For anything else, write to us — a real person reads every message.

Please include your Mac model, macOS version and, for license questions, your order number. Never send your full license key in a public place.

License key

• Find it: it's in your receipt email, and in your Lemon Squeezy orders.
• Activate: Settings ▸ Lifetime ▸ paste ▸ Activate.
• "Maximum number of Macs": each key works on 2 Macs. Deactivate one in Settings ▸ Lifetime, then activate the new Mac.
• Offline: once activated, your lifetime license keeps working without a connection.

Mochi itself

• Hide or show Mochi: from the menu-bar icon, or “Summon Mochi” to bring it back.
• Too chatty? Settings ▸ Reminders sets each reminder's interval; quiet hours and Pause are in the menu bar.
• Calls and presentations: Mochi waits while your microphone or camera is in use and over fullscreen apps.
